Founded in 2017, ParaDocs Ambassadors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to keeping mass gatherings safe by bridging the gap between attendees and medical staff.
At festivals and concerts, excitement turns into something harder surprisingly fast. Crowds are dense, it’s hot, and people get overwhelmed, dehydrated, or separated from everyone they came with.
In that situation, walking up to a uniformed officer or a medic feels like a big step, so a lot of people don’t take it. They wait, and it gets worse.
Ambassadors are the step before that. We’re already in the crowd, we look like everyone else, and we’re easy to talk to. Once someone talks to us, getting them help is simple.
Ambassadors are not medical providers. They are not EMTs, and they do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, or medical guidance. Clinical care is the medical team’s job: finding the person who needs it, and getting them to it, is ours.

ParaDocs Ambassadors is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. We work alongside ParaDocs Medical, the event medical company: same events, same standards, separate organizations. They provide the care; we make sure the people who need it are found.
Ambassadors deploy alongside event medical teams and are part of the same operation. If you’re interested in Ambassador coverage at your event, the fastest route is through ParaDocs Medical.
